Respect The GAME
Tennis is a game of honor and respect. Respect for your competitor and the game is an important part of becoming a great player. Correct line calls, personal on-court behavior, and sportsmanship are all part of this great game. These values need to be continued. We have a no tolerance policy when it comes to these values.
Conditioning
Are you prepared to play a long match? You improve your performance by increasing your endurance, agility and strength. Tennis is a footwork sport. The better you can position yourself for a shot, the more likely you will be successful. Doing this for a long match can make the difference in winning and losing the match.
